The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button Review

Well, this is our Benjamin Button review. The film is about a man who is born in his eighties, and while we age forward, he ages backwards. It’s a great movie, it really is. Pitt and Blanchett were amazing and it was a film that might be in my top 10 of all time. Beautiful from start to finish, amazing story telling, it has every emotion you could ask for, it was just really really good. This is the second best of the year, as you can see in out Top 10 movies Of 2008 post.

Now, onto the bad. The film was incredibly long and extremely drawn out. I don’t think it needs scenes cut out, but maybe scenes trimmed down a bit. Their were some very heart felt moments, and very touching ones towards the end including Benjamin and his kid. The one major flaw as i stated before is it is WAY WAY WAY WAY too long.

But in the end, I LOVED The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, and I will give it an 8.6

  3. it was a little weird to see an old version of Brad Pitt’s face pasted onto a kid’s body, but i guess that’s why they call it a “curious case”

  4. I thought the use of CGI was wonderful, truly a great film
